All of our breads are made on premises by our very own in-house baker! You can discover what’s included in each loaf below, including allergen information:
- Reading Heritage Loaf (RHL) | Our most popular loaf, made with a blend of 70% white flour, 20% wholemeal spelt flour and 10% light rye flour.
- White Sourdough | This is a softer loaf, easy to cut into even slices and great for the whole family, made with 95% white flour and 5% light rye.
- Wholemeal Sourdough | This wholemeal sourdough loaf contains pumpkin and sunflower seeds.
