  1. Barkham Blue baby wheel (300g). This multi award winner needs no introduction! Made by Two Hoots it’s a whole mould ripened blue cheese, with a peppery tang and natural rind. Far more mellow and approachable than a really salty Stilton.
  2. Spenwood (250g), a beautiful sheep’s cheese made in Riseley by Village Maid. Another legendary local cheese, the texture of this hard cheese isn’t quite cheddar, pecorino or Parmesan, but it’s uniquely brilliant.
  3. Bix, a buttery triple cream cheese by our friends at Nettlebed Creamery (100g). A triple cream cheese is a true indulgence and this one is rich, small and perfectly formed. Try it on a ginger thin!
  4. Sinodun Hill (200g), a wonderfully soft and fresh goat’s cheese made in the French style in a distinctive pyramidal shape. This is such a good goat’s cheese and it will pair superbly with our range of chutneys.
